Vehicle software.

Vehicle programming involves more than installing a new version. The car’s region, hardware version and current software need to be assessed together.

The initial check

First, we identify the installed software and the issue you are experiencing. Changes are planned only after checking the software source, model compatibility and equipment required.

Scope of work

Multimedia configuration, supported software updates and interface troubleshooting are agreed after the initial check. Potential implications for the factory warranty and future updates are discussed for the specific vehicle.

Checks at handover

Agreed functions are checked in the vehicle. The owner is told what changed and what limitations may apply to future updates. Unsupported software is not offered as a substitute for a compatible solution.
